The Experience
This 4 night 5 day private experience takes place in the heart of the North Shore of Kauai from Thursday night to Monday morning and is dedicated to offer you a full mind, body, & spirit reset.
In our lives we move fast — this is an opportunity to slow down and tend to the garden of your soul. We will be mindfully communing with Nature in a supportive, safe and deeply healing group container.
This is an opportunity to access more depth, clarity and direction in your life. Our intention is for you to leave feeling a profound sense of peace and invigorated spirit so you can transform your life from the inside out.
Life can be challenging and this experience is created to support and strengthen you on your life journey.
There are up to 8 available spots for each immersion, allowing us to connect deeply with one another.
THE FLOW
Thursday – Land
You will be picked up from the airport and brought to the Kokoleka's Headquarters, a 5 acre sanctuary tucked away in the North Shore of Kauai, where you will glamp on this breathtakingly beautiful property surrounded by fruit trees, ponds and the peace and beauty of nature.
All your needs will be taken care of.
Upon arrival, you will get a chance to take some time to settle before gathering for a nourishing, grounding dinner. Early bedtime will be emphasized so you can wake up refreshed and ready for the first full day of this transformative experience.
Friday - Empty Your “Bowl of Light”
Every morning will start with a morning practice made of meditation, movement and a packed cup of cacao for breakfast. Fruits will be available for those who need. Our first day will be anchored in a beautiful Hawaiian story called “The Bowl of Light”, which reminds us that it's never too late to turn life around and live from light and love.
We will ground into a heart opening cacao ceremony where all will have the opportunity to share our hearts intentions for our journey together. We will plunge into the purifying river water with the intention to let go and empty the stones from our bowl of light. We will be guided into stillness and meditation and return to land renewed, refreshed, reborn, and ready for a grounding nourishing lunch together.
After some chill time (where our nappers at?!), we will prepare for our second adventure of the day where we will be guided on a short hike to a purifying waterfall and bask in the beauty of Mama Kaua'i.
Once everybody will have had enough play time, we will return home to replenish with a delicious dinner. An optional evening restorative & sound healing practice will be offered daily to prepare for an early night of deep rest to be fired up for the following day!
Saturday - Fill up your Bowl with Mana
Mana in Hawaiian and Polynesian culture is known as the spiritual energy of power and strength.
This day is all about receiving. We will guide you on a beautiful hike leading to a magical beach where we will have a heart opening cacao ceremony. You will be guided into a deeply nourishing and relaxing meditation to open you up to receive the beauty of the Ocean where you will be led on a snorkeling adventure exploring the reefs and communing with ocean life.
We will celebrate this life changing experience with a grounding nourishing meal. After a grounding meal you will have time to relax. Following free space will be guided into becoming clear on what lights you up. What gives you life? What connects you deeper to your joy? What gifts are you here to share more fully?
Sunday - Imua
Imua is a Hawaiian word that translates to onwards and upwards towards your higher calling. This day is all about the celebration vibration. Truly celebrating yourself for the deep dive and treasure you have discovered. We will have a heart opening cacao ceremony in a surprise location (prepare for an adventure!) where we will share with the group what we are celebrating. Sharing the Gold you have found within yourself. What in our lives is life-stealing? What is life-giving?
You will be supported to look honestly and be empowered to make choices that will change your life for the better. We will then celebrate with a deeply nourishing and grounding meal. The afternoon will be a family style celebration. We will create supportive spaces to witness and celebrate each other. Sharing the Gold we see in others offering support and encouragement.
Enjoying Live music and have a nutritious feast! We will have a closing circle sharing love as we honor the magic and the journey we have embarked on together. As usual, we will go to bed early to rest deeply.
Monday - Departure
Waking up well rested we will hydrate and we will provide you a nutritious breakfast. We will share hugs, heartfelt goodbyes and give you a ride to the airport as you fly off transformed.

OPTIONAL Night Ceremony
We also will offer an optional opportunity to commune deeply with the forces of nature and meet the queen of the forest, our mother nature in all its splendors. Immersing with plants and sound is a powerful combination that helps us to recognize the true essence of who we are. If you feel the call please let us know. There is an extra charge for this experience. Minimum donation is $333.
Communing with Cacao
Cacao helps to slow down our minds and open us up to remember our magic. Drinking cacao before communing with nature can be deeply transformative. It helps us to reconnect with our roots as human beings and develop a deeper connection to the natural world. In this immersion you will dive deep into nature and find the gold in slowing down.
Adventure & play are medicine for the soul. Let your bliss & laughter anchor your intentions into reality. We never have to do this alone, the infinite love of Mother Nature is here to support us all.
Sanctuary Space
You will be staying on a 5-acre Sanctuary tucked away in the heart of the Kauai North Shore. There are several glamping options available on this breathtakingly beautiful property surrounded by fruit trees, ponds and the peace and beauty of nature. During this Immersion we have created spaciousness for personal time on the property to explore, meditate, journal, nap and soak up the beauty of this land. We will spend time on the land sharing meals, sitting around the fire, & playing music. No matter where you spend your time here, you will surely experience the healing mana of this land.

The campus where we stayed was beautiful and serene, filled with an abundance of fruit trees and open spaces to play or reflect. The cacao ceremonies put all of us in the mood to open our hearts to Mama Kauai and to each other. The food - from the daily green coconuts to the oranges we picked to the greens and herbs that accompanied our home-cooked dinners - came from the land and from nearby farms. Campus is the kind of place where you can recharge - but also launch into play and adventure on the island, knowing that everywhere you go, you will witness more magic in nature than you could ever imagine. Guest Cancellation Policy
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their immersion, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation to avoid any unnecessary inconveniences.
If you cancel your trip 30 days or more prior to your departure date
We will refund the full cost of your trip with the exception of your deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be used as credit for another immersion. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest as well.
If you cancel your trip less than 30 days before your departure date
We will refund 50% of your trip. The 50% credit can be used for another immersion, or we can gladly transfer your credit to another guest as well.
Cancellation exception: Positive COVID results
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made outside of medical conditions. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
